Sekai is the Office Manager working at City Care Partnership, supporting the running of the Care Management side of the organisation and providing support to the senior management team
After graduating from university Sekai worked in a number of administrative roles as well as a Social Market researcher, before joining City Care Partnerships in 2009
Every day is different for Sekai; she leads an admin team who co-ordinate the delivery of training, record and support the analysis of client information and collate business info which can be used for company developments. Her duties include developing robust working systems but making them easier for others to use. Sekai also works with the team to organise relevant training and liaises with IT providers in order to problem solve technical issues. People say Sekai’s ‘the person to go to - she’s the font of all knowledge at City Care’.
Sekai feels that the best thing about her role is being able to help others and has gained a real insight into the amazing support work that takes place at City Care Partnership. She really appreciates being part of their mission to offer people new and diverse opportunities and helping them achieve their aspirations. Sekai really feels part of the whole team, which is open and approachable and which has supported her progression
Sekai intends to continue to learn and develop and ultimately continue to gain confidence within her role and abilities to enable her to add value to the service she provides whilst progressing within her career. Sekai’s own aspirations lie with playing an active and growing role in the development of the company
