The Greater Manchester NHS Careers & Engagement Hub is a recently launched initiative aimed at improving the information and support available to people who are looking for careers opportunities in the NHS throughout the region.
The Hub is funded by Health Education England as a part of their Widening Participation strategy and is hosted by Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The service is delivered in partnership with NHS partners and a number of other key stakeholders.
On this site you'll find information relating to the partners we work with, events taking place, resources that are available and opportunities to get involved in the NHS.
It's not just about this website though, you may have a specific enquiry or request that you'd like the team to discuss with you. Our contact details are below as well as links to our social media pages so feel free to get in touch.
We work with a number of NHS organisations across Greater Manchester community, mental health and hospital trusts. As the largest employer in the North West there are a wealth of opportunities to learn and work with our partners.
The hub works with schools, colleges, education & training providers and employment support organisations to highlight opportunities in the NHS as well as support for careers workshops or events.
The Hub supports local people looking who are interested in work in the NHS to find out what types of roles are available and how they might progress into them. We can also signpost learners to events and opportunities to get involved with the NHS.
If you are individual learner looking for information about how to progress your career in the NHS or an organisation looking for opportunities to engage with the NHS, then get in touch with the hub to find out more about how they might be able to provide support.
lots of links and information which you might find useful in finding the right role for you and learning what your options might be to progress your career in the NHS. Follow the link below to visit the learners section of the site.
