Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bridgewater Community NHS Foundation Trust. If successful in your application you will work as part of an innovative and passionate team focusing on Education. This role will allow you to develop and grow with excellent support from our team. You will have assigned supervisor and line manager who will guide you with best practice and compassionate leadership. You will also have opportunities to learn additional skills and knowledge other than your main programme of study which we feel are essential to understanding the service - such as staff engagement, careers fairs, school and college visits and shadowing trainers with the organisation.
